We know how important it is to find the right therapist —someone you feel comfortable with, and someone you trust to support you through this season of life.
That’s why we offer a free 15-minute consultation call. There’s no pressure, or expectations—just a genuine conversation to help us explore whether I might be a good fit for you.
You can ask questions, share what’s been going on, and get a feel for how we work. Our goal is always to help find the right support, even if that’s not with us.
How much does therapy cost ? My fee is $160.00 -200.00 per 50 -90 min session, and payment is due at the time of service (credit, debit, Flexible spending Cards (FSA), or Health Spending Cards (HSA) are all accepted). We are out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. Some clients choose to work with a company called Mentaya or Thrizer that helps with out-of-network billing, and we are happy to connect you with them if that’s of interest. The best step is to check with your insurance provider to see what your out-of-network benefits are, since you’ll be responsible for anything insurance doesn’t cover.
Do you take insurance ? We are considered an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, some our clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for part of the cost of therapy. If you’d like to go this route, we’ll provide you with a monthly superbill—a special receipt you can submit to your insurance company. It includes all the information they typically need to process your claim. Before getting started, we recommend calling your insurance provider and asking: 1-Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? 2-Is there a deductible I need to meet first? 3-What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed? 4-How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?
I'm not using insurance or I'm not insured You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 857- 201-2327.
